Located at 8 Prairie Oak Road, Marulan, the venue features a 1.6km, nine-turn circuit licensed by Motorsport Australia.
It’s largely a track day and training facility but holds occasional club-level races.
Designed, built and initially run by former touring car racer Garry Willmington, it was launched as the Marulan Driver Training Centre in 2009.
The 150 acre facility was purchased for $1.5 million in 2016 by Steve Shelley, who invested $7 million into transforming it.
That included an extension of the original 1.2km track layout and upgrades to the various facilities.
The Shelley’s soft drinks heir and software entrepreneur has elected to focus efforts on the nearby One Raceway, which he purchased in 2023.

Pheasant Wood was listed for sale late last year and News Corp reports a deal with an undisclosed buyer was recently concluded for “around $11 million”.
The property includes a four-bedroom home and private guest cabin, billed by the agent as “perfect for the active family or group of friends”.
